Lovely and cozy Guest House. (We got a room with shared bathroom)Pros:- It was very comfortable- Close to sandown race course- all facilities there (there is a sink inside room, a kettle for tea and coffee making, ironing board with a iron, lots of space to keep all your stuff, towel, soap etc.)- there is a kitchen downstairs open always- AWESOME breakfast- Owner was nice tooCons:- The height of everything was short, the rooms, the shower, the sink in the room etc. Difficult for anyone.
Fantastic place to stay
Great place and with the swan pub just a stone throw away you have no problem tip toeing back after hours. Staff was great and so was the full English breakfast with help yourself to the usual cornflakes Weetabix and juice . Garden view was very relaxing and with the air con in the room the wife was delighted. Parking was adequate.For a quick stay cheep can't ask for more.

Rosemead was one of the cheapest priced bed and breakfast in the area, this is what attracted me to it in the first place. I arrived late at night and was greeted with a friendly face who showed me to my room with en suite. The room was basic and had twin beds placed together as a double. It was comfortable, clean and certainly have me the peaceful night rest that I required. Breakfast in the morning was full English and plenty of it. I feel that I had value for money considering some other establishments were asking up to four times as much. I left a happy customer.
