I popped in yesterday and the new design and layout is superb. Its a world apart from other florists. Its incredibly stylish but warm and welcoming at the same time.
What a lovely experience going to RTFact flowers in Claygate. You enter the shop to not only a wonderful display of florals from small arrangements to large but the shop has a lovely fragrance of fresh flowers - their own fragrance especially made for R.T.Fact. As well as beautiful florals you step down to a complete gallery of stemmed flowers and greenery. All the staff are trained florists and there is as much help and assistance on hand as you require. Now I have found this gem I shall be back - its like taking a child to a candy store!!
