Lovely in the sunshine, but I imagine most the year you need to bring your own umbrella to enjoy a drink (no indoor seating). The ale was quite nice though I was hoping it would be cheaper (4 a pint). Very quaint.
A great local pub in the village of Claygate, 30 minutes from Clapham Junction.Staff Alex,Sue & Finlay? were extremely friendly. Sue went around chatting to the locals but knew who the first timers were & made it her mission to make them part of the pub.Good selection of beers including Gluten free beer & a very interesting selection of ciders, check it out & you won't be disappointed.Check the website out re opening hours & as the Bank Holiday is due, hopefully some more good weather, check out Platform 3 out & you won't be disappointed.
